Training and Development

InMedica takes the training and personal development of all employees very seriously. The training needs of new recruits are immediately identified and a program put in place to improve their skills through a combination of on-the-job coaching, internal training sessions and external courses. This dedicated programme is combined at the outset with work on real projects with real customers.

InMedica has found that this approach enables new recruits to quickly build up their effectiveness, contribute to the growth of the company and enhance their value to the organisation.
